Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of the software maintenance project cycle for key account.
  • Managing a team, both on-shore and off-shore, to provide daily system support services to end-user customers.
  • Handling both major and minor incidents, troubleshooting critical production issues, and providing resolutions.
  • Analyzing business requirements, specifying functional requirements, developing project plans and schedules, managing costs and work quality, and preparing documentation.
  • Organizing and coordinating system upgrades through activities such as system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Arrange and perform the regular OS security patches update or system enhancements.
  • Engaging with project governance regarding project performance and change management matters.
  • Handling routine and ad-hoc IT support tasks, including Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and production hot releases for system enhancements or bug fixes.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs, monitor project performance, prepare status reports.
  • Technical Support: Provide end-user hardware support, assist with configurations and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Review the IT Policy & procedure management regularly.

Arrange and perform the regular OS security patches update or system enhancements.

 

Requirements: 

A preferred degree in Computer Science or a related field.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in critical IT system maintenance and support, with at least 5 years of experience in a management role.

Hands-on experience in software development using programming languages such as .Net, Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Knowledge in Sharepoint, Xamarin, Power BI, RPA, React Native, Nintex is an advantage.

Customer-oriented and self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.

PMP and ITIL certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports data-driven decisions by conducting complex data analysis on raw data, preparing data for prescriptive and predictive modelling and providing impactful analytics
  • Familiar with data source systems and mapping
  • Analyzes complex data elements and develops summaries/ extracts that are easily digestible to help the business team make best decisions based off the data (in alignment with data/ KPI needs from the business)
  • Effectively interprets trends and patterns in data and uses storytelling to visualize findings in easy-to-use end user dashboards for key stakeholders

 

Requirements: 

  • Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or related disciplines 
  • Around 6 years of solid experience in data analytics (risk & compliance discipline) and/or related industries with at least 5 years in data science/ cloud platform  
  • Solid experience of key machine learning and deep learning framework, e.g. Tensor flow, Caffe, CNTK…etc.
  • Solid experience in key machine learning and big data cloud platform, e.g. Microsoft Azure ML Services & Data Warehouse, AWS SageMaker & Redshift, Google ML and BigQuery, etc.
  • Experience in common data science languages/toolkits, such as Python, SQL, R, Scala, Apache Spark, Keras, etc., to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets is desirable
  • Experience in data architectures and in data visualization BI tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, Cognos, etc.
  • Team player with passion, positive attitude and with good business acumen

  •  協助辦公室用品採購及維持辦公室設備的良好運作。若需要任何維修,負責與維修部聯繫並跟進。
  •  負責公司快遞、信件、包裹等的收發工作
  • 負責復印、傳真和列印、存檔並協助部門經理準備好所需之面試材料,如職位申請表、面試者履歷等。
  • 協助執行公司內部傳訊工作,如收集員工意見、促進同事之間的交流等
  • 協助上級組織日常企業文化活動、員工團建活動等
  • 協助上級完成公司其他行政事務工作及部門內部日常事務工作。

  • 负责公司内部桌面计算机、办公网络环境及相关设备的日常维护与支持,确保员工能够高效使用IT资源。
  • 负责与数据中心(IDC)的沟通协调,保障IDC服务器、虚拟化平台及网络设备的稳定性和安全性。 需具备良好的技术能力、沟通能力和团队合作精神。

工作职责:

  • 各种PC软硬件故障诊断,排查及升级;
  • 桌面设备(台式机、笔记本、打印机)安装、调试、配置及维护;
  • 办公周边设备(如电话,打印机,视频会议等)的安装、调试及维护;
  • 办公网络及其设备(如路由器、交换机、防火墙等)的维护、管理、故障排除等日常工作,确保公司网络日常的正常运作;
  • 配置和管理网络安全策略,防止未授权访问和数据泄露;
  • IDC服务器、网络设备管理和维护,确保数据中心的高可用性和稳定性

任职要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业。
  • 熟悉Windows/Linux操作系统及常用办公软件。
  • 熟悉TCP/IP协议,熟练掌握网络架构设计、网络设备配置与维护;
  • 熟悉熟悉主流防火墙、交换机等网络设备的使用及配置;
  • 具备较强的故障排查和问题解决能力,能够独立处理网络故障。
  • 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
  • 了解目前市场的主流服务器产品,如华为、HPE、Dell、浪潮等,能够独立进行相关设备故障处理.巡检维护等工作,有过相关原厂培训服务认证优先考虑;
  • 具备主流虚拟化平台技术,比如VMware,KVM等系统配置,实施工作经验者优先考虑;
